Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible online payments are processed according to the payment provider procedure and the supplier policy of the selected tour or transfer. If a service is cancelled by the supplier for operational, safety or weather reasons, customers will be offered a suitable alternative date, alternative service or refund where applicable.
